Cause branch
v1.008 separately fixed a staff-upgrade message that said more XP was needed when the real requirement was money. The patch also lists a rare unresolved issue affecting Station Upgrades and Decorations.

The developer says the rare issue is under investigation and that level and progression remain safely stored in the save.
